SG Separator

SG soil separating system comprises rows of PU coils, driven by hydraulic motors on the end of each row shaft. The number of coils can vary from 6 to 8 or be a 7 + 7 unit.

The coils spacing is variable from 5 – 55mm, manually adjusted.

The unit is supplied with a hydraulic power pack if sold as a stand alone unit.

Coil speed is variable and the unit can be supplied with Grimme’s Turbo Clean.

Options include:

Under coil conveyor for conveyance of separated material
Discharge chutes
Turbo Clean
Distance of coils adjusted by hydraulics
